Beach lovers dream! Steps, literally just steps off the least crowded beach location. Pictures of how far it is are accurate. Kitchen materials as well as both bed and bath linens were excellent, soft and fresh.

We stayed at this property and while the view was truly beautiful and the furnishings were tastefully done, there were serious issues that made it unsuitable for families with young children. The balcony railings were spaced more than 5 inches apart, which is wider than current code (typically 4 inches). Our toddler’s head easily fit through the rails, which was a major safety concern. We immediately notified the host, who said they would look into it, but no immediate solution or guidance was offered.In addition, the overall cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. The rug was visibly very dirty, the bathroom caulking and ceiling had mold, the bathtub plug was broken and moldy (see pictures) and the vents had built-up dirt and dust. I informed the host of these issues as well. While they did reply, they didn’t offer to send anyone to clean. There were also some cleanliness issues I didn’t mention to the host such as old food in the couch (snacks I know we didn’t bring)! This could be a fine spot for adults who want a nice view, but I would not recommend it for families with young children given the safety and cleanliness issues we experienced.

Loved the spot and it worked perfectly for my family (wife and I, along with 10 & 8yo boys and 3yo girl). The place was in a great location (right on the water with beach access and close to so many spots we love to go up and down the beach blvd) and had plenty of room to make sure we didn't feel cramped. 2nd floor gave great views but didn't make us nervous about our 3 yo being out there with us. Had one small issue with the WiFi (was my issue/user error) but was able to contact the hosts and they responded super quickly, which was nice since I needed to connect for some work stuff to close out the week. We will absolutely look for this place again as we come to Orange Beach every year for a long weekend in early June. We wish the weather would have been more cooperative, but this was a great condo. The host was great! Condo was in a great location, it was nice that it was just a short walk and you are on the beach. You could take the elevator or with it being only on the second floor the stairs. We will definitely be back!
